Verify Your ID

After booking, you'll receive a secure link to verify your driver's licence. You'll need your physical licence — digital licences cannot be accepted at this stage.

Once verified, you won't need to do it again for future bookings. Your confirmation email and access code are sent automatically once payment is complete and ID is verified.

Get Your Pickup Information

Your confirmation email contains everything you need:

• Your trailer number — so you find the right one on site
• Your access code — to open the lockbox on the trailer
• Pickup address — site location with directions
• Hire dates and times — keep this for your return

Keep the email accessible on your phone. You'll need it for both pickup and return.

Unlock the Trailer

On site, find your assigned trailer by number. The key box is mounted on the driver's side of the trailer.

• Enter your access code to open the lockbox
• Retrieve the key from inside
• Use the key to unlock the trailer hitch lock
• Keep the hitch lock unlocked — you'll use it at return
• Put the key back in the lockbox and click it shut

Connect & Complete Checks

Before you tow, complete these steps:

• Connect the trailer to your vehicle — see the Attaching a Trailer guide if needed
• Secure the hitch and cross the safety chains
• Plug in the electrical lead and test lights — tail lights, brake lights, and indicators
• Check that the jockey wheel is fully raised and locked horizontal
• Complete the Hire Condition Report before towing — this is done through your booking email link

Return the Trailer

• Ensure the trailer is clean and free of rubbish before returning
• Lock the trailer and return the key to the lockbox — click it shut
• Open your booking confirmation email and click "Return Booking"
• Upload your return photos and complete the confirmation form

The site is camera-monitored. Returning the trailer in the same condition you received it is your responsibility under the hire agreement.
