A standard Australian car licence is required- you will need your physical licence to book and verify your ID. Check your licence class before booking, L-plate and P1 licence holders in NSW are not allowed to hire our trailers. Checking the load that you are able to tow is on you — the booking system won't check for you.

Moving a car or large object under 1340kg? Book the Car Trailer. Rubbish runs, garden waste, furniture, general gear? Caged Box Trailer. Moving livestock? Cattle Trailer. The booking system shows full specs so you can decide before you commit.

After booking online you'll get asked to confirm your ID. You will need your physical licence to do this, we are currently unable to upload your digital licence. An email confirmation with your trailer number, padlock code, and site address will be sent automatically once your booking is paid for and the drivers ID is verified. Turn up at your chosen time slot. Your numbered trailer will be at the site. Use the code in your email to unlock the padlock, take the keys and unlock your hitch, keep the hitch lock unlocked for the end of your hire, put the keys back in the padlock and hold shut until it locks again. Hook it up and go. No one to meet. All camera-monitored.

If you're running late, update your booking through the link in your email as early as possible. And if the trailer is available to extend the hire you can do this through the link. Late returns without notice may attract extra fees — especially if someone else has booked after you. The system tracks it all, so just be upfront.

If there's a genuine mechanical issue with the equipment prior or during your hire, STOP ASAP, and please call us on Call 0477-957-051 and send as many pictures as possible. We'll review and sort it out. If the issue is found after the hire, note this and take pictures when closing your hire off at the end. Outside of equipment faults — the system is self-serve and runs as booked.

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of hire start via text or email. We review all cases — genuine equipment problems on our end will be made right. Outside that window, or for change-of-mind cancellations, see the full Refund Policy linked in the footer.

Nope. The whole thing is online. Pick your trailer, pick your location, pick your time, pay, verify your ID, get confirmation. That's it. No phone calls, no waiting, no middleman. Just you, the booking system, and the trailer.
